We hired e-bikes from Garrett at Zion E-bikes who was super friendly and helpful and suggested an itinerary which was fabulous. The bikes were great. Super comfy, reasonably priced and reliable with no problems. Helmets and baskets were included. We watched a good video presentation of the do’s and dont’s on the bike and in the park and then we were on our way. Thanks Garrett loved our day cycling in Zion.

First time with an e-bike and both of us enjoyed the rental. It's so much fun to be able to drive and stop at the your own place pace in the park. They have a short video, explain the bike. Lot next door to try and get the hang of it if you have questions and then you are off. Not too far from the park. Plus you can stop at a store for two days along the way So much fun

The best E-bike rentals in Zion! Brandon and Ally are amazing and helped us have a wonderful experience in Zion today. Seriously, one of the coolest things we have ever done! And best of all, this place is DOG FRIENDLY. There is not much you can do with your dog in Zion, but thanks to E-bikes Zion we were able to enjoy the park in the best way AND bring along our best buddy! Awesome, Amazing, 10/10.

My husband experienced an exacerbation of a back injury the morning we were flying from Albany NY to Zion National park. We spent the first day of vacation at an Emergent Care facility. The next day, in an attempt to find a way to salvage at least some part of our much anticipated vacation, I stopped in to 3 different ebike rental outfits in town, and settled on E-bikes Zion because of the warm welcome and empathetic reaction to our dilemma that the representative showed. The next morning, my husband and I came in together and tried about 20 different bikes, different saddles, etc. until Bob found one that he could comfortably use. The staff at the bike shop was tireless in their attempt to help him to be comfortable. We ended up renting bikes and having a magnificent day touring all through Zion on the E bikes. Both my husband and I are avid road cyclists, and using the E bikes was a very different experience for us, but just so much fun! The story gets even more interesting when my husband left his binoculars in the bag on the handlebars, and the staff at E-bikes Zion actually mailed them to our home! We are so grateful that we chose EbiIke’s Zion!!! They are absolutely the BEST!!

As you walk through Springdale, it can be a bit overwhelming to decide where to rent e-bikes or gear for hiking The Narrows as there are several outfitters to chose from. On our first night in town we walked by E-bikes Zion and Fiona greeted my wife and I with a friendly smile and offered us a brochure. The next day we went to other outfitters to compare equipment and rental options but ended up going back to E-bikes to rent bikes to ride up the canyon. If you don’t ride bikes a lot you would probably be happy with most e-bike options in town but I love my road bike and was hesitant to rent an e-bike. I must admit I was thoroughly impressed with the store’s selection (bikes for all types of riders) and we eventually settled on the Swiss-made Stromer St2. Fiona helped us get set up and even recommended a fantastic bike ride from Springdale to the ghost town of Grafton (about 12km away) which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip to the area. We were so impressed with the quality of the gear and the service that we also rented boots and waterproof bib pants from them to hike The Narrows the following day. As previously mentioned this store stocks high quality gear and the hip waders were no exception. These waders have integrated neoprene booties sewn directly to the pants themselves so almost no water leaks into the boots. My wife’s feet usually get cold very easily but she was comfortable the entire day (we ended up walking almost five hours in the gear). We heard many people complain about having cold toes during the hike but we were completely fine. All in all, this store offers top notch customer service and high quality gear at competitive prices. I don’t usually write google reviews but our experience at E-bikes Zion was so good that I had to share our experience!
